Heidelberg Conference

José L. A. López-Barajas and Annina Gagyiova participated in the workshop "Early childhood after 1945" in Heidelberg on April 3rd and 4th. They focused on the literature on infant mortality in East Central Europe and addressed a case study on expert discourses on pregnancy and birth in post-war Hungary and East Germany from a comparative perspective.
